After analyzing the housing market and general market research my competing team (Blue Sky Real Estate) proposed a mixed-use concept with two towers, labeled "Elizabeth Towers”. The building is suited for the local demand and preserves the local architecture. The case included financial modeling, market research, development planning, CAD-modelling, rendering, and sustainability and the tasks were to present a bid on the property based on our research and our investor's profile.
