I carry out virtual and face-to-face training in digital communication, radio, journalism, leadership and creative thinking, to young people and adults with intellectual, visual and multiple disabilities. I give talks and conferences on inclusive communication for people with disabilities, mainly in media and universities such as Uniminuto, CESA, FUCS and Universidad de La Sabana. I was in charge of the complete edition of journalistic content for the digital newspaper www.elcampesino.co (a newspaper founded in 1958 and relaunched digitally in 2013). I led face-to-face training in rural communication and journalism, aimed at young peasants in rural schools and schools in 4 departments: Caquetá, Chocó, Boyacá and Cundinamarca.
