I am very happy to recommend Lina Rim. Lina worked with me at TTM as our Test department lead, while I was both the Test department manager and also when I was the night shift plant manager. During this time she did a great job of keeping the proper work flowing to make last minute shipments and to keep our on time delivery at a premium. She also did a great job when organizing labor to keep the proper equipment running, as well as making sure all employees training was up to date. Very detail oriented and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire Lina again, whether it was in a lead or supervisor role. I believe she would be an asset to any company that hires her on.
