What I do every day far more important… I was one of the luckiest person, who came to #Telia at right time, and it gave me so much experience. Starting from two companies merger period, rebranding project, then Transformation project, and GDPR. But about all these amazing things from the beginning. As a project manager, I was a part of the biggest projects in #Telia. Rebranding was the first issue, and together with team, I was responsible for B2C customer documentation part: all documents that was under old name, had have been changed with new ones. I joined Transformation project as product owner, working collaboratively with IT department and business, I was responsible to ensure business requirements are fully aligned. In my responsibilities was to express business needs into user stories and align with SAP system, ensure customer migration. As I was a part of fabulous CX team, all my work leads customer experience, and it can't be otherwise. GDPR I should say it was my biggest, and most excited project, so far. I should say that I putted to it all my energy, customer experience knowledge, ability to distinguish Must from Should. Transparency was primary goal for customer, so I ensured service for customers in front line, e-channel, to bring clear information regarding data usage. This project gave me proficiency systematic thinking, how data flow through all IT systems, service management. All those matters was leading with Agile culture, tools - Stand-up, Demo, Planning sessions, Grooming, Backlog management. Modern work management applications was used to track tasks: Jira, Confluence, MS Team. Show less
