      I Was Contracted under Daima Associates Limited where as a team, working together with 38 Research Assistants, we conducted the data collection and cleaning assignment for the CICan's Kenya Blue Economy Skills Training (KBEST) program baseline evaluation. The data collection covered 7 counties in Kenya (Kisumu, Homabay, Siaya, Busia, Mombasa, Kilifi, and Kwale), and 22 technical and vocational education and training (TVET) institutions in those counties. Quantitative surveys (graduate and institutional) were administered using ODK, and qualitative surveys were administered through key informant interviews (KIIs) and focus group discussions (FGDs) with graduates, community members, industry stakeholders, government stakeholders, and community-based organizations (CBOs) or women rights organizations (WROs) representatives.       Worked together with the Project manager and project coordinator overseeing the data collection in 10 counties in Kenya for the CICan's Kenya Education for Employment Programme( KEFEP). The assignment targeted 10 national polytechnics in the 10 counties. ODK was used to virtually conduct student and graduates survey while in person Key Informant interviews were conducted with the Industry partners. Data cleaning was done on a rolling basis.

      worked under Melzar associates as a regional supervisor overseeing the Baseline Data collection for the CICan's Young Africa Works in and around 7 TVETs within the lake region covering 7 counties: Siaya, Kisumu, Vihiga, Kakamega, Kisii, Homabay and Nyamira. ODK was used to conduct in person surveys with the community members in the select regions.
