      I mainly fousing on exploring the genetic causes for female infertiltiy disease, especially for the oocyte maturation arrest, fertilization failure and embryonic development arrest. We using Next-generation sequencing (NGS) to seeking for potential pathogneic variants among large patient cohort and using methodology of medical genetics, cell biology as well as functional genomics, to identify infertility casusing genes, and ellucidate the behind mechanism of pathogenicity with the model of cell lines as well as mouse model (knock-in/knock out).
