I have been working with Lin Qi for about 4 months on a complex simulation system. I was impressed by his ability to learn and solve problems. He is a highly motivated individual who goes beyond the task assigned to him. He is a good team payer who can come up with good ideas for solving problems. Also, he is good working individually on tasks assigned to him and he manages to complete them well without much guidance.

Lin Qi is doing two-semester internship in our company. He has impressed all of us by his work quality and creativity. We gave him some of the toughest technical problems faced by us in software architecture and parallel computing. Lin Qi came up with brilliant solutions to all of those. He is extremely smart, hard working and committed individual. He has also shown a tremendous sense of ownership in projects he is working on and also in company's future. He is one of the best interns we had in our company in the past 10 years!
