  Responsibility:(1) To carry out supervision works with high quality workmanship and comply fully with Building Control Act and Building Regulations, Code of practices, internal Guidelines, Authorities and Client's requirements. Ensure that all structure works that are being construed conform to Standards ,Codes of Practice and Specification (2) Feedback to QPs immediately upon the discovery of any irregularity, such as non-compliance with specification or drawings on work methods, measurements, location, safety, etc.(3) Check building materials used are approved types.(4) Ensure that identified defects are satisfactorily rectified by Contractor.(5) To deliver the technical performance and service quality expected by Client throughout the construction and post construction stages:(6) Monitor progress of work against schedule. To work closely with TPs and contractors to ensure timely delivery and good quality finishes of completed blocks(7) To ensure timely submission to relevant Authorities for TOP and CSC applications.
