  - Part of the core team conceptualising and implementing the National Steps Challenge™ Season 5 which garnered over 910,000 sign ups.

  - Managed the end-to-end planning (e.g. manpower deployment, lab supplies management) for regular swabbing of foreign workers living in dormitories, with operations spanning over 30 sites. - Collaborated with MOM, BCA, EDB, private and public labs to facilitate the swabbing of over 20,000 workers daily. Monitored registration and attendance rates and utilised these data points to review strategies and improve take-up rates.

  - Co-designed the National Steps Challenge™ Corporate Challenge mechanics and activation plans to recruit and engage participants, reaching out to over 1000 organisations in Singapore.- Co-led the planning and strategy formulation for division's 5-Year Workplan, stringing together different components into a coherent narrative.- Collaborated with technology MNCs (e.g. Apple, Fitbit) to develop innovative health programmes and localise programme content to drive uptake and behaviour change. • Manager - Workplace Health Planning & Strategy

  - Led the planning and implementation of a new Workplace Health Promotion scheme for SMEs. This scheme aggregated demand and allowed them to buy curated health programmes at co-funded prices, benefitting over 4000 SME employees.- Collaborated with various government agencies (e.g. SPRING, WSG, BCA) to integrate health in all policies (e.g. incorporating health elements into the Human Capital Development track of the Capability Development Grant and the WorkPro Age Management Grant), expanding reach to new markets that were untouched by previous outreach methods.- Co-designed enhanced assessment criteria for the Singapore HEALTH Awards to increase the rigour and prestige, and reflect current trends in workplace health promotion.
