      The WhatMalaysianYouthShouldKnow (WMYSK) Global Leadership Series is a series of pocket talks by prominent leaders and renowned figures in various industries who are invited to participate in a dialogue with youth in a semi-formal forum environment. The audience is encouraged to not only listen to the views of the speakers but to also actively participate by sharing their opinions and asking relevant and valid questions. This programme was initiated by the Malaysian Trailblazers Association owing to one of its central pillars which revolves around knowledge-acquiring that aims to help educate and inspire youth on matters beyond scholarly articles. The programme is tailored to get youth engaged in current issues and evoke a deeper sense of responsibility in matters related to nation building.       INKED is an awareness campaign initiated under Taylor’s Talent Management Programme (TMP). We aspire to shed light on the age-old issue of verbal bullying and the severity of the effects it has on its victims and those around them. In addition, INKED also seeks to empower those who have been permanently scarred or INKED by the ordeal to have a firm stand against verbal bullying. The theme of INKED, “Positive Word Splash”, is the brainchild of our objectives that we have envisioned for this event. The phrase “Positive Word” represents the emphasis on spreading positivity through words, instead of the usual insults and name-callings. On the other hand, “Splash” is the act of empowerment for the participants to fight against verbal bullying. By doing something simple like saying something nice to someone, this will then create a “Splash” of positive words that drowns out the negativity that constantly surrounds us. My job at their is to advertise the campaign to whole university, take video of the student to share out the awareness to other people by using social media and also a photographer of the event to take how the participant share out their words by spraying to a wood board In the final event i am a board supervise, to make sure the make event painting board does not damage and also care about the safety of the participant.
