This review is for Lily Pham as a selling agent. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lily recently on the sale of my home. At the beginning, I must have interviewed 4-5 well-qualified candidates, but my gut feeling told me to choose Lily. Her professionalism, energy, and drive won me over along with her attentive nature. In retrospect, I feel like I made the right choice. I had 30 days to sell my home in order to be approved for a new loan on my new purchase. Lily did an excellent job of prepping my home and generating hype for the big open house. With her efforts, we were able to generate multiple offers on my home and Lily handled the negotiating part superbly. As a result, I ended up with the right buyer and the sales price that I was truly aiming for. I would highly recommend Lily for your real estate needs. She will get the job done and meet/exceed your expectations.
