I worked with Lily for a year at University College Dublin. I was consistently impressed with Lily's positivity and ability to deal with dynamic situations as a Residential Assistant. She was very hard working and she strived to succeed and even became a Senior Residential Assistant due in no small part to her hard work shown throughout the year. She is a fantastic team member and would truly be an asset on any team.

Training Programme Co-ordinator, UCD Estates Summer Internship.

May 2018 - Sep 2019
Worked for the Community Liaison Officer in UCD planning the RA and SRA Training which takes place over 3 weeks in August. This included organising large-scale bookings for Fire Safety training and demos, first aid training, SafeTalk training, ASIST training and Social Media Marketing training to name a few, producing an intense and sophisticated training programme for all incoming RAs and SRAs to participate in, to meet the necessary training requirements before beginning their role as an RA or SRA.I became proficient in dealing with the many stakeholders of UCD and nurtured a professional relationship with many UCD staff in Estate Services, Residences, Room Allocations, Equality Office, Dean of Students, Student Adivsers, Chaplains etc.In addition to the bookings from external vendors, we, as a team, developed Community based modules which touched on Culture, Equality and Mental Health to compliment training from vendors, in an attempt to set their relevance in stone for the role of an RA.This required me to lead, delegate and co-ordinate many sessions over the course of the 3 weeks.
