   Innovative design was selected as one of 20 out of over 100 applications to participate in the program with the goal of launching startups onto the market. Worked on a team of six recent graduates and a partnered solar installation company to innovate an improved, modular solar panel ballasting system. Dramatically decreased the installation time required for each unit by 50%. Decreased the material cost of each unit by 78% from previous designs and prototypes. Increased the number of manufactured units from 5 to 50 within only one month.
