  In this role as a rowing coach I dealt with a range of different age groups, starting with the juniors and finishing my time there with the senior girls crew. I learnt a lot in this role about working independently and along side others to maximise the amount of work the students got out of the sessions. Apart of this was hood time management skills and pre planning all training sessions. For this role I had to be organised and able to listen to and do my best to fix the concerns of the students as well as creating a positive atmosphere amongst all the rowers. Show less
