I would strongly recommend Lily. We've known each other for several years and while she was still working in Conrad (the hotel industry) Hotel in Hong Kong. From the beginning, she consistently demonstrated her professionalism in hospitality. I found Lily to be a talented team member/student, she is a fast learner and willing to explore something new as always. I had the opportunity to witness her successful transition from hotel management to being a professional IT Talent Acquisition. This was especially difficult as it occurred during the global economic recession. Lily approached me about a CEO / VP staffing project and was outstanding with her follow-up. She has good management skills. She is not afraid of conflict and deals with problems directly. I have been really impressed by her ability to work under pressure when it comes to the recruitment role and her delivery of high-quality work.
