  I started my employment here as waiting staff and progressed to working on the bar. This is on a part-time basis alongside my studies. This role has developed my confidence and communication skills as I have to converse with customers to take orders, payments and deal with any issues that arise. I also have to liaise with other staff members when managing the bar to ensure it is operating effectively. I have gained valuable team working skills as I am able to co-operate with other staff members to ensure tasks are completed and I am willing to help others when needed.
