I worked with Lily on a co-teaching assignment through SimSchool. They demonstrated mastery of TPE's 1, 2, and 6, and she was a pleasure to work with. For TPE 1, Lily and I worked together to determine the students we have with IEP's and 504's, and she recommended different instructional techniques to address the special education students' needs and give them full access to the curriculum. For TPE 2, Lily showed me ways to monitor the classroom in Simschool, both for on-task behavior and completion of the assignments given. Finally, for TPE 6, Lily and I spent a lot of time talking about the emotional state of our students, and they gave me insight into how to address students' emotional states both in the program and in the classroom. Most importantly, Lily was communicative, on top on their assignments, and prompt in execution. I would absolutely work with her again!
