  In this internship my main role was to assist the Paraplanner with admin based jobs. Some examples of things that I did would be learning about Letters of Authority and sending them to providers. I was in direct contact with providers via the phone to get updates on specific client issues. This really helped me to understand the systems that Stonehill work with on a daily basis.I was able to work with new computer software that I had not used before for example a PDF mate to easily alter PDF files and Brother Utilities Control Centre to scan documents.   My main role at The Inn West End was as shift manager. This role meant I ran a team of around 4-5 people during a shift to ensure that it ran as smoothly as possible. I also had responsibility over the social media at The Inn for example Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. The main use for this was to promote upcoming events or new products/dishes.
