Lily first came to work with us as a part timer over her summer vacation. She immediately instilled so much confidence that when she returned to school in the fall we asked her to continue working for us remotely. Upon her returns to St Louis worked in our offices. Once graduated she became full time with us. Within the organization she had the ability to spearhead projects, taking the lead to the completion. Her creative skills are outstanding. Lily has an innate ability to navigate any problem from a customer to a trade show union person she could handle it with clear concise communications. With confidence I can say that Lily has natural leadership skills and an amazing mind! We miss her often in organization. Sheryl O'Toole
