Following the success of the pilot build, the second phase of the School Net project was approved by the Asian Development Bank and the Samoan government. Proven experience in conducting in-house training for the help desk staff, engineering, sales and marketing teams.  Counselled, trained and promoted two technical staff to become team leaders of the Engineering Unit and Software Solutions Unit.
