From Nov 2016 to now, project managing a Work Force Management Program from vendor side. Leading a team of consultants working across 4 projects under this program to deliver complex HR Payroll system to a leading player in Infrastructure, Mining, Engineering and Construction Industry. From May 2015 to Feb 2016, worked in the Program Management Team of a multi-million dollar Work Force Management Program (Oracle HRMS/Payroll and Kronos). Produce and maintain key PM documents including Project Management Plan(PMP), RACI Deliverable Matrix, Project Status Report , Project Risk and Issue Register, Project Cutover Plan, etc. Support Project Managers to ensure appropriate project governance processes are in place. From Feb 2015 to June 2015, successfully project managed the Implementation of Oracle Talent Management Cloud Solution for a client who is a leading Automobile Insurance and Fleet Management Solution Provider. The solution is integrated with CHRIS21 HR/Payroll using Presence of IT's Accelerated package and Express methodology. From May 2014 to Nov 2014, successfully project managed the first Australian and NZ Implementation of Oracle HCM Release 12.2 (HR and Payroll) for a client who is a leading international restaurant franchise business. This accelerated implementation is completed from Discovery to system go live in 7 months with 24,000+ end user across 2 countries.
