It was always stunning for me seeing her driving the team with right questions and welcoming the solutions from everyone.       From Nov 2016 to now, project managing a Work Force Management Program from vendor side. Leading a team of consultants working across 4 projects under this program to deliver complex HR Payroll system to a leading player in Infrastructure, Mining, Engineering and Construction Industry.
