I functioned as the Executive Assistant for Our Children's Trust's (OCT) Executive Director as well as the Office Administrator. The position was in a high intensity, demanding, and time-sensitive environment. Responsibilities ranged from running personal errands for the Executive Director to installing computer security systems on electronic devices to fielding phone callings from the parents of the Juliana v. United States plaintiffs. For the Executive Director I organized calendars, scheduled appointments, meetings, and interviews. I facilitated video conferencing calls and meetings. I prioritized to do lists of her weekly responsibilities. In general, I completed any and all tasks that were assigned to me. For the office and attorneys of OCT I provided office support by collecting and organizing confidentiality agreements. I tracked our OCT t-shirt sales, inventory, and shipping. I was responsible for an OCT credit card and I made purchases for the office. I planned air travel and lodging for those working on projects out of state and for the 21 youth plaintiffs, their parents, and siblings when they needed to attend events. My greatest undertaking was planning travel, lodgeing, meals, and activities for the plaintiffs, parents, and members of OCT staff attending both the March for Science and the People's Climate March over the course of ten days in Washington DC. In this position I was able to follow my passion for climate justice by working with youth and community members. The support for OCT's mission reaches across the world. I was privileged enough to meet people from across the United States who devoted their lives to protecting our planet and our natural resources. In the end, this planet is our home and it is the only one we have.

Recognized strengths and needs of each family in order to help families transition to permanent housing. Provided resources and support to families so they can build a safe, healthy home environment for their children and family. Took a strengths based approach to overcoming poverty by focusing on what the family could do to help themselves rather than just focusing on their financial needs.
