I collaborated with Lilla in an area we are both passionate about; helping to build resilience in those with chronic illness. This, Lilla achieved through excellent probing questions and the development of a paper combining scientific finding with the observations uncovered from my 20 years as a patient with chronic kidney disease. Lilla brought to light knowledge and insights which I did not know existed, creating an excellent paper in the process. The resulting feedback from working with Lilla has been highly positive and I would recommend her unequivocally.

I was very fortunate to work with Lilla at Weber Shandwick, Switzerland. Lilla is eager to learn and cares passionately about delivering outstanding work. When called upon to take ownership of a complex project for the launch of a new liver cancer treatment early in her role, Lilla’s determination and commitment were exceptional. Lilla is highly professional and thoughtful in her interactions with both clients and colleagues. She can be relied upon to bring well-considered and insightful ideas and comments to team discussions.
