After a year of working as a Bar Staff at the University of Plymouth Students Union, I was promoted to Bar Supervisor. As a Team Leader I am to be the prime example for my team, regarding not only my work ethic and method, but my appearance and my attitude towards the company and the customers as well. As a Supervisor I find it important that my team members can turn to me with their enquiries. I am to be the Supervisor who works alongside her team and is there to assist the others.Besides looking after the Bar Staff, my duties include managing the cash on the bars, line cleaning, changing barrels, and generally keeping an eye on the bar and the stock.Working for a longer time in venue that sells alcohol and my role requires handling cash, I feel that I gained more responsibility and my situation judging skills have improved.
