As an EMEA Employer Brand Program Manager, I lead the employee blog strategy, focusing on our culture and our wonderful career stories here at Flex. There are no days alike in our small and mighty Employer Brand team. Managing career-specific social media channels is part of our day-to-day activities and driving, creating, and analyzing campaigns aligned with the organization's goals.
