I worked on a research group: IBIME. There I studied new development tools for terminology reasoning and search. Due that, I acquired knowledge about medical terminologies: UMLS, SNOMED, ICD9 and the state-of-art about the search through these terminologies. Using Eclipse, I work with UMLS database (MySql plataform) and using graphs (with NEO4J implementation). A search method was implemented with terms and relations on UMLS.
