Liliana directly reports to me in her capacity as Team Leader for Portugal, Italy, Spain and Greece. Despite managing different teams she is able to cope with her many tasks, and she achieved a great improvement when she assumed her current responsibilities as the Portuguese team was underperforming. She corrected several negative trends and subsequently got the team back on track. She´s a positive thinker, and her attitude sets a good example.
