Create import files to contain container booking emails, price quotes, packing lists, invoices, master/house bills of lading, original bills and all other documents necessary for customs clearance (and further processing) received from overseas agent, client and/or co-loader. Generate American Cargo Express delivery orders, arrival notices, bills of lading and requested house documents by entering all shipment details in AS400 such as estimated dates, container number, piece count, delivery information, origin , destination, IT information, weights and all applicable details Update and follow up with clients, trucking companies, over sea agents and co-loaders for new updates, vessel delays, ocean freight quotes, manufacturer details, changes in carton count and all components of shipped goods Work with truckers and clients to organize trucking by negotiating quotes and details for container pick ups, drop offs, LCL pick up, client delivery, returns and all different specefication for shipmentActively initiate help and resolve problems with in my team, train new breakbulk personal and learn new policies or procedures to apply in corresponding areas
