Gertrude Wilkes
Responsive and empathetic, Lili is a good listener who can be relied on to follow through and provide appropriate information, resources and referrals.
Rachel Horsley
I had the privilege of working with Lili in a variety of contexts at Mothercraft. I was constantly impressed and delighted at the earnest, compassionate and aware way in which she conducted support to clients and volunteers. Lili took on her role with enthusiasm and quickly learned the specifies of the context, while gently bringing her own expertise to enrich the program. Lili was always ready for a new challenge and sought to support the efforts of the program and the agency at every turn. She worked hard and with intention, all while being a tremendous pleasure to have as a team member for all of the staff at Mothercraft. Lili came to Mothercraft to fill needs around intake and administration, but took on greater responsibility including event coordination, volunteer management, communications, counselling and program development with competency and success. Lili was key to the successful completion of the revision of 2 volunteer training programs, the implementation of a new client database and taking on program management when there were transitions. Lili's positive, can-do attitude shines. She is self aware, and practices an anti-oppression approach at all times. Her resiliency and commitment inspires others to do their best and to support the work she is undertaking. Everyone should be so lucky as to be able to work with Lili, I would do so again and again.
