I worked with LiHui on few projects when we were at Grab. Her experience, knowledge, competence, and solid interpersonal skills made her an invaluable collaborator. Her contributions to our operational team initiatives were vital, resulting in a significant decrease in incidents and identified root causes that had ongoing impacts on safety incident rate reduction and led to continued solid outcomes for Grab's platform safety and quality. Above all, LiHui is a trustworthy and friendly colleague, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Revamped the corporate planning process to ensure continuity of existing priorities, while actualising the 5 year strategic plan, ensuring implementation plans and outcomes; and alignment to HPB and MOH's strategic priorities. As the main liaison between HPB, MOH and ministries to coordinate health promotion efforts, I worked closely with leaders and colleagues across all of HPB programme, outreach and enabler divisions (including finance, HR, corporate communication etc.) to understand and best represent divisional and board wide needs. This was also done through building and maintaining excellent relationships within MOH and across ministries. I also positioned Singapore's health promotion efforts internationally through efforts with international organisations (WHO, ASEAN, INHPF etc) and countries which we have close ties with (Public Health England, DHSC and ThaiHealth). Concurrently, I was nominated to spearhead the planning and secretariat team for Singapore's Covid-19 testing operations, translating policy to executional plans that allowed Singapore to scale through developing the manpower, testing, sites and lab capabilities and capacity. This was also done through coordination actively setting the direction for discussions with multi-agencies. Testing remains one of the main pillars of combating Covid together with vaccination and contact tracing.
