  Leads the Engagement Team in SNDGO, PMO. Together with the Public Communications team, AED is responsible for the promotion and adoption of Smart Nation initiatives. We develop policies and ground strategies to nurture public and civil service confidence in our Smart Nation and Digital Government plans; Conceptualising and organising engagements with citizens, businesses and the wider civil service to suss out tech adoption pain points, outcomes of user-testing and prototyping. We develop strategies and implementing plans to increase adoption of specific technology platforms and tools across the Singapore population and civil service; working with relevant technologists and government agencies to develop content to support the above objectives.

  Revamped the corporate planning process to ensure continuity of existing priorities, while actualising the 5 year strategic plan, ensuring implementation plans and outcomes; and alignment to HPB and MOH's strategic priorities. As the main liaison between HPB, MOH and ministries to coordinate health promotion efforts, I worked closely with leaders and colleagues across all of HPB programme, outreach and enabler divisions (including finance, HR, corporate communication etc.) to understand and best represent divisional and board wide needs. This was also done through building and maintaining excellent relationships within MOH and across ministries. I also positioned Singapore's health promotion efforts internationally through efforts with international organisations (WHO, ASEAN, INHPF etc) and countries which we have close ties with (Public Health England, DHSC and ThaiHealth). Concurrently, I was nominated to spearhead the planning and secretariat team for Singapore's Covid-19 testing operations, translating policy to executional plans that allowed Singapore to scale through developing the manpower, testing, sites and lab capabilities and capacity. This was also done through coordination actively setting the direction for discussions with multi-agencies. Testing remains one of the main pillars of combating Covid together with vaccination and contact tracing.

  • As the Regional Development Manager at Grab, I was responsible for leading GrabFood Safety. Development, for different segments (drivers, merchants and consumers) across seven Southeast Asian nations. • Worked with Regional Grab Operations, GrabFood operations, product development, country safety teams and governmental organisations to achieve OKR targets by conducting analysis, recommendations and implemented the strategies. • Developed and implemented SOP for GrabFood Safety incident management across different disciplines – customer success, driver training teams and merchant operations. • Assisted in the transport sector with product management such as number masking, driver selfie and safer allocation to bring down safety incident incidents per million rides.

  • As an OC in the Air surveillance and control Group (ASCG), she ensures 24/7 all-round Air Surveillance and control operations to safeguard the integrity of Singapore's airspace. • She led a 40 men strong team to ensure the operational standards, training and mission success in a high stress peacetime and potential wartime environment. • Concurrently, she had to ensure the optimisation and maintenance of current sensors and operationalisation of new sensors for the Republic of Singapore Airforce. • She also improved on the concept of operations, safely and inspired her squadron mates to build and hone their technical, operational capabilities as individuals and as a team.
