      EasyParcel is an online courier booking platform serving SEA – one of the largest players in the region. • Responsible for all financial-related matters, including M&A, fundraising, treasury, financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and reporting work. • In charge of investor relations including liaison with Board of Directors, potential investors, strategic partners and bankers. • Initiated, led and completed an asset acquisition with a courier player.       Albukhary Group is one of Malaysia’s largest diversified conglomerates, covering energy and utilities, ports, automotive, logistics, national postal service, hotels, rice concession, sugar production to oil palm. Managed an RM1.2 billion acquisition of an integrated pulp and paper mill company comprised of 288,000 hectares of forest management area in Sabah. • Led a diverse, international team of professional foresters, plymill expert and lawyer for due diligence and tender submission; and won the tender. • Led the drafting and negotiation process for the SPA, resulted in the signing of SPA. • Acted as the de facto head of strategy, oversaw the SPA completion and set up a local team in Sabah, comprising a head of finance and a head of government liaison. • Formulated business model with CEO to transform the current traditional pulp and paper mill into the first integrated bio-hub and bio-port in Southeast Asia. • Led a team of Sabah in-house team, a top global engineering firm and a Big 4 firm to develop a business plan and a bankable financial model. • Led the process of securing strategic partners to co-develop the site, including site visits to meet potential partners in China, Finland, Denmark and Netherlands. • As instructed by the Owner, led the legal actions against the Seller and Sabah State Government to defend the company’s right and ensure completion of the SPA.
