I had the pleasure of managing Lyza, and she is a joy to work with. Every time she was able to get a candidate to respond to her personalized messages, you could feel her excitement through the computer screen because she was so happy to help someone potentially obtain a life-changing opportunity. She is willing to ask for help when she needs it and is always willing to share what she knows. Lyza continues to push herself to be a great Sourcer, including fine-tuning boolean search strings to get better results, researching to understand a role better, and participating in power-hour sourcing for purple-squirrel type roles. When she was challenged with a role she consistently worked on, hit a wall, she would brainstorm ways to be more creative in search, and she was able to make that placement by the way! It just shows how persistent, committed, and hard-working she is in her work. If you want kind-hearted, a sense of humor, resilience, honesty, team-oriented, and an ethical person, I would highly recommend Lyza.
