This was a successful student made event of wine tasting and chocolate tasting. The main goal of this event was to apply tourism knowledge into practice. For this project to come true, we partnered up with Sababay Winery and Pod's Chocolate Factory. The idea was to highlight Bali's local world-class winery and chocolaterie. The event was a day experience that occured on the 24th of August 2019 however the planning and studies of this event lasted for 7 months in which 5 was primarily used for gathering all documentations, studies, financial records and all evidence into examination report. I was in-charge of internal and external communications with vendor managers, suppliers and as well as designing promotional campaign materials for promotional purposes.
