      Restorative Justice facilitation takes place between the victim and offender of a crime. It is a victim centred justice process where honest, safe conversation is facilitated between the parties involved in order to help right the harms caused by offending. My role as a facilitator has been extremely challenging and rewarding for my own learning, as it has forced me to face conflict as I help others navigate their way through fairly tough interactions.
