I was responsible for the total hire to retire chain for PostNL Senior Management with a Personal Labour Agreement (PLA) in several (inter)national Business Units. Amongst these responsibilities were: job interviews, job offers, talent review, succession planning, salary- and performance appraisal process, bonus process (STI & LTI) and settlement agreements. This includeded both the execution and drafting of new Compensation & Benefits policies. The department is responsible for expat matters as well as correct and timely payroll execution.
