  ARCADIS is a great engineering company where I have done various types of projects. I had the opportunity to work on a construction site of a big levee project as a quality manager dealing with contract changes, risk management, improving the supervision and implementing quality systems. Very different, but as challenging was the stakeholder management. I developed stakeholder strategies but also implemented them in the construction phase. Next to that I did several advisory jobs on water safety, stakeholder management and decision making. Because of my work in the building phase of projects my advisory work was always based on real time experiences and not only on theory. It was hard for me to leave this company when we moved to Paris and I wish my former colleagues all the best. Show less

Hier kwamen onderwerpen aan de orde zoals huisvesting, jeugdhonken, windmolens, nieuwbouwprojecten, spoorzone, waar mag je trouwen in Delft.
