Work with Marketing, Production, and Display Department to set up sales concept and preparation for broadcasting. Sales forecasting by region and advance order by warehouse. Send PO to the suppliers, proceed pre-stocking by regional warehouse. Communication with Call Center Department to solve all the problems in ordering process. Follow the broadcasting scheduler, make and analyze sales report of every products to choose the suitable back- up plan whether sales goes down or it has better effect than expected. Working with the Accountant Dept. to make the payment for the Suppliers (especially Foreign Suppliers).
