Aaron L. Smith, Ph.D.

Ms. Crum exudes what any true professional does in similar situations. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. She stays after school and came before school hours to make sure her classroom was set up and had all of her materials ready so that there was no loss of time in the learning done in her classes. When I conducted walkthroughs, the students were engaged and very respectful to her and their classmates. Her can-do attitude and adaptability to the job made it easy for the next teacher to come in with ease and confidence. Being in education for almost 20 years, it is rare to find someone like her. Ms. Crum models what educators must do in order to be effective and it is my hope that all teachers reach this level of professionalism. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed in her and she will maximize the opportunity if given.
