I have worked very closely with Lieanne since she joined Moove in February 2022. Her role was focussed on Talent Development with a particular focus on establishing performance management at the Company. She oversaw performance from initial concept to design to implementation. Lieanne was able to draw on her considerable experience gained from working in different sectors to shape the best fit for Moove. More recently she has led an initiative on Talent Development which has now been rolled out. During her time here she demonstrated innovation, collaboration, stakeholder engagement and excellent judgement and decision making. As well her ability to strategise Lieanne was also adept at delivering training and workshops across a global audience. Her style is very natural and engaging and was a key element of the success of the roll out. Lieanne brings optimism, positivity, drive and passion to everything she does and I wish her well for the future.
