This research was entitled Formative Qualitative Research and Quantitative Baseline Survey for an Improved IFA Supplementation Program for School Going Adolescent Girls in Selected Districts of West Java Province in Indonesia. This research was located in Purwakarta, Cimahi and Bandung Barat. The subjects were 340 adolescent girls. My responsibility was collecting data. I interviewed some respondents each day by using questionnaire. Then I did food recall for 24 hours and used nutrisurvey application to analyze adequacy of their food consumption in a day.
