The aim of this study : to determine whether addition of house crickets (Acheta domesticus) into the diet of 4-6 years old Kenyan children can help to meet their estimated average energy and micronutrient (iron and zinc) requirements at the lowest cost using Cost of the Diet (CotD) softwareSub-objectives:1. To identify types of nutrient deficiencies in the diet of 4-6 years old Kenyan children.2. To investigate whether diet including and excluding house cricket can achieve energy and nutrient (iron and zinc) requirement for 4-6 years old Kenyan children. 3. To investigate house crickets contribution to iron and zinc content from diet including and excluding house cricket.4. To identify the lowest cost of nutrient adequate diet including and excluding house cricket for 4-6 years old Kenyan children. The subjects were housewives from 6 different villages. My responsibilities were interviewing and asking about the nutrition aspect such as home garden existence, household 24 hours food recall, food security and household expenditure.

This research is about making database of public health center and its region potencies in remote area in Indonesia so that the Ministry of Health could decide which area should be added health worker to strengthen health service in there. I am being assigned to inspect public health center in Pontianak district in West Kalimantan. My responsibilities are interview the head of public health center in there and observe the village and its potencies for a week. Then, I will make report that will be given to Ministry of Health as the consideration.

This research was entitled Formative Qualitative Research and Quantitative Baseline Survey for an Improved IFA Supplementation Program for School Going Adolescent Girls in Selected Districts of West Java Province in Indonesia. This research was located in Purwakarta, Cimahi and Bandung Barat. The subjects were 340 adolescent girls. My responsibility was collecting data. I interviewed some respondents each day by using questionnaire. Then I did food recall for 24 hours and used nutrisurvey application to analyze adequacy of their food consumption in a day.

The subjects were 108 toddlers and their mothers. I interviewed some respondents each day by using questionnaire. Then I dug the information about their food behavior by using semi quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire. I also made log book each day and checked the completion of questionnaires.
