I met Lidija for the first time during my training in Zagreb. I could see how well Lidija handled the search assignments, although she was new to the job. At the same time she found time to organize some business meetings for me and my colleague. I could see how well organized person Lidija is and her easiness in dealing with candidates. Later we met again in Vienna during the training session provided by me on a regional level. I could notice Lidija's progress. Since we stayed in touch I can observe Lidija's continuous development and how her market knowledge grows within the years.
