I worked with Lidia for almost five years during my time as Finance Director at Hartford Care, witnessing her career develop from that of an Accounts Assistant to Management Accountant with responsibility for managing and leading the Accounts team. While working full-time, she progressed through her studies and exams to qualify as a member for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She also successfully graduated through the company’s leadership and development programme, becoming part of the senior leadership team.
