Lidia worked with me as part of the HR function with Gourmet Food Parlour for 2 years. She started as a HR generalist and developed into the role of HR Manager with ease. Lidia's skillset ranged from outstanding people management / mentorship, highly due diligent with employment law and worked always with a granular eye on the finer details.
