An outstanding and very talented team player, combining intellect with humanity in a very special way. We worked together for nine months and Libby was always the "Go To" person. Always finding time in her manic schedule to offer advice and wisdom in a very understated manner. I would have no hesitation in saying that this lady is in the Premier League and anyone who has the privilege of working with her will quickly join the Libby Fan Club...

I had the pleasure of working with Liberty while at HOP Homes as the interim COO. Although we only worked together for 3 months I was fully impressed by her passion for the business, hard work and thoughtful questions. Besides being a pleasure to work with on a day to day basis, Liberty kept the company focused on the messaging we needed to attract buyers and investors, all united around a clear social impact message. I would recommend Liberty for any firm looking for a high impact marketeer and would certainly hire or look forward to work with her in the future.

Libby is terrific. I worked with her through 2019 on the development of HOP Homes, a property co-investment product, and it was always a pleasure. Libby is a genuine team player, hugely collaborative, open-minded and solutions-orientated. It may sound corny but she is genuinely driven by a desire to make the world a better place and to help others. And, while this is her passion, she is never preachy, po-faced or censorious. Instead, she is approachable, practical and generous in her support of others. If you need someone to plan and coordinate your marketing activity to consumers or stakeholders and to motivate the team to work positively towards a successful outcome, talk to Libby.

Responsible for building and managing the HOP brand, consumer marketing, engagement and impact. Successfully attracted over 600 buyer registrations to HOP's product concept - helping to establish brand positioning, target market and build a pipeline of potential buyers for launch. The idea for HOP Homes has been building in the mind of David Toplas for over 10 years. As a serial social entrepreneur and investor, with over 30 years property investment experience, he wanted to offer an alternative finance solution for people who can’t get the mortgage they need for the home they want. David and his team launched HOP in 2018 to bring together First Time Buyers (FTBs) struggling to get on the property ladder, with investors looking for long-term investment in UK residential property. HOP then manages the home buying process and supports the buyer and investor through the entire life of their co-ownership journey. Show less
