Nov 2020 - Present
I worked in the Community Partnership strategy, which supported community members to build power and shift policies and systems. I managed the Denver Metro region's internal operations, as well as all regional projects to ensure they were completed within scope, budget, and timeline. I was the point person for developing our regional goals and coached the team to ensure we were building and supporting community-driven organizing and resident-led grantmaking. Specifically I developed work plans, parameters, curriculum, capacity-building, and strategic learning activities to meet our quarterly goals.
