Libby was one of the most influential Creative Directors I worked with. Her insights and sensibility catapulted many campaigns into the forefront of the ad world and help me find out what I loved so much about the art of creative communications.

Paul Rivoche

I've worked with Libby many times, from the DMB & B days doing pitch art for her Treehouse TV concepts, to more recently creating storyboard/animatic art for her at JWT. She is always highly creative, organized, focused, and knows exactly how to communicate her concepts clearly, making it easy to bring them to life in the form of illustrations. She has enthusiasm and drive for doing innovative work, I recommend her highly to you!

Landed the Canada’s Wonderland account with a far-reaching creative idea that led to the creation of a new themed area for children and three record-breaking years with attendance up 17%. Took a stagnant #2 brand for P&G and grew it from 24% to 42% SOM—and had my creative used in more than 30 countries worldwide. Also won a Cassie for the brand. Created an integrated campaign for Bata that earned them record sales and priceless earned media. Launched Pampers Phases with a :60 TV spot that achieved the company's first-ever perfect ARS score as well as a huge surge in sales.

Led a creative group that worked primarily on Harvey’s, Harvey’s-Swiss Chalet and Honda Power Equipment. Left to join DMB&B because the ECD kept calling me and finally he made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Became Canada’s youngest creative director at the age of 26. Led a creative and production department of eight – all of them older than me. Pitched and won the Montreal Gazette account on the basis of creative that not only grew circulation by 4.5% in a saturated market, but won a lot of prestigious awards, including Marketing & Mobius golds. Pitched and won the CFQR-FM account against massive odds and grew the audience by one-third (more than 125,000 cum.) in a single BBM period. Had two campaigns written up in university textbooks, one of which was described by the author, an MBA professor at Western as: “a textbook case of a generic drug killing the original” by coming up with a killer insight. Was interviewed on CBC-TV, in Newsprint and The Westmount Examiner on the Montreal Gazette campaign. Was featured in Creativity Magazine as an up-and-coming creative talent.

Was hired straight out of university at age 21. Won two international advertising awards for TV. One client followed me to my next agency. Handled a new product launch entirely by myself: wrote ads and press kits, even organized an elaborate media event that involved re-choreographing a stage show performed at the Château Champlain.
