  I was on Staff with Cru for 24 years, meeting students on campuses across the world and engaging with them in meaningful ways. I worked with Cru at the University of Oklahoma for eight years and then moved to Boulder, CO to serve on the Regional Team where I served as National Director for Ethnic Field Ministries. In 2003 I began working to form a partnership with Cru and International Justice Mission which has grown to be a successful collaboration between organizations, to share the love of God with students and engage them in the meaningful work of fighting against modern day slavery and violent oppression of the poor.
