Liang is a very pleasant person to work with. He is a real people's person: with a strong orientation towards and strong empathy with people, which gives great quality to his work as a User System Interaction expert. He is a modest guy but works very hard and delivers well. He has good analyticl skills and can come up with pretty unconventional designs. In teams, he takes responsibility and is a strong social actor, facilitating the group cohesion.

Liang is a pleasure to work with. He has a strong skillset in user research methodologies and knows how to communicate user insights and proposed solutions in a manner that makes them usable to engineers. This, together with his social skills, make him an excellent user representative and designer in any team.
