I had the sincere pleasure of working with Liana for several years at DIRTT, first in a leadership capacity and then as peers, as she continued to advance in the company. Liana is one of those magic people who can chameleon into quarterbacking any project and deliver them exceptional results. She’s wildly self motivated, methodical, and unafraid to learn new things and/or stretch outside of her comfort zone. I say magic, because she was often asked to lead initiatives with little direction or support and always succeeded in spades, founding many of the programs that became core to the business’ global partnership strategy and go to market model. She is also an exceptional presenter and has a natural talent for connecting with people, and establishing credibility. I miss working with Liana and think she would be an asset to any team.
