  • Provide support to members (producers of EEE -electric and electronic equipment) of the Association in obtaining the authorization from Romanian National Environmental Protection Agency • Informing the producers about the legislative developments in the field or changes related to the contract and support in their understanding • Informing the producers about the obligations they have towards the environmental authority and support in fulfilling them • Editing of various documents in relation with the producers (contracts, notifications, email, fax, reporting forms) • Management of correspondence with the Romanian National Environmental Protection Agency • Tracking the payment deadlines for customer invoices and sending notifications to those with outdated balance • Support for reporting to RoRec in a secure application: - communication of the reporting procedure to the producers -training and permanent support in the use of the reporting application - the classification of the products (electrical, electronic) that they place on the market by categories according to the legislation in order to have a correct report - for technical problems with the reporting application that are not my competence, I send details to the IT team and I aim to solve them and communicate the solution to the user • Administration of database with the clients of the Association, including in the application of reports • Monitoring and registration of orders in the CRM application (a platform that includes all orders for collecting WEEE from the population and legal entities) and ensuring the support in the use of the application for the collecting partners Show less
